Parking in the building
Propsearch says the building has six basement levels used for parking. We have not found a published figure for the number of spaces per apartment, so we do not state one. The allocation depends on each owner's title.
Parking with our apartments
Tell us if you need parking when you enquire, and we will match you with an apartment that has a space.
- Our 1-bedroom includes a parking space.
- One of our 2-bedrooms has an EV charger.
- For other apartments, ask us before booking whether a space is included.
Visitors and taxis
Rules for visitor parking and drop-off are set by building management and can change. Ask us about the current arrangements before guests visit by car.
Taxis and ride-hailing are common in Downtown Dubai and many guests do not need a car at all.
