Propsearch gives the overall range across the project as about 793 to 11,359 sq ft, with the largest being 4 and 5-bedroom penthouses.

What the sizes mean in practice
A 1-bedroom at around 800 sq ft suits one or two people. Most 2-bedrooms fall between 1,180 and 1,260 sq ft, with a few larger layouts near 1,500 to 1,650 sq ft. 3-bedrooms start around 1,540 sq ft.
Sizes in Dubai listings may include balconies. Check whether a figure is the total area or the internal area before comparing units.

We currently manage nine furnished apartments here: one 1-bedroom (with balcony, pool access and a parking space), six 2-bedrooms (city and skyline views, balconies, one with an EV charger) and two 3-bedrooms (one on a high floor with a Burj Khalifa view, one with a dedicated workspace).
