What the building looks at
The developer's project page says full-height window walls show Burj Khalifa and Burj Lake directly from the homes. The towers are next to Dubai Opera, with The Dubai Mall and The Dubai Fountain area nearby.
The project has two towers with a podium between them. The developer's project page gives them as 64 and 56 storeys; The Skyscraper Center lists 65 and 55. In Dubai Land Department records the towers are named "The Address Residences Dubai Opera T1" and "T2".
Views differ by apartment
Not every apartment has the same outlook. Direction, floor height and which tower it is in all change what you see. Lower floors may look onto the podium or neighbouring buildings, while higher floors have wider skyline views.
Before you book, ask which way the apartment faces and on which floor it is.

Watching the Fountain and New Year's Eve
Whether you can see the Fountain shows or the New Year fireworks depends on the exact apartment. Do not assume every unit has it; ask us for the specific apartment.
